Why We Do Not Do Them
- It sets you up with false hope and false expectations
- Staying in your home is usually an unrealistic expectation
- Staying in your home is often not the best solution to your real estate related problems
- Often you will end up in much worse circumstances than if you had taken other more appropriate immediate action
- Filing bankruptcy merely postpones the foreclosure, it does not stop it. Once the bankruptcy has run its course, the courts will grant the mortgage lender the ability to continue the forclosure process.
- In some cases it would actually be in your best interest not to file bankruptcy until after the foreclosure action, if at all
What Does It Cost You
Absolutetly nothing. We do not charge commissions, consultation fees, etc. If you decide to do business with us, we will negotiate with your lender, lien holders, real estate agents, and attorneys on your behalf free of charge.
