Now is as great a time as ever for real estate short sales. I strongly disagree with people who claim otherwise!

There is some talk that there are so many foreclosures on the market at discount prices that short sales are kind of a waste of time.

I would have to strongly disagree. The current situation the banks are in make them all the more desperate not to have to foreclose as I explain in this clip from our Short Sale Basics cource introduction.
